I would recommend coming to the northern region of Emilia-Romagna, the so called “Food Valley” and home to Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, traditional balsamic vinegar, Parma prosciutto, Lambrusco wines and homemade pastas like tortellini, lasagna and tagliatelle alla Bolognese.
