Enjoy a relaxing 3 course dinner prepared by Cindy where she will introduce you to farro, an Italian ancient grain that is high in protein and rich in fiber. You’ll start off the evening with a warming farro beet soup topped with Greek yogurt, pistachios and orange zest followed by homemade green matcha farro pasta served with pesto, leeks and wild-caught prawns. To finish the evening you’ll be served a slice of farro cherry crostata with gelato and aged balsamic vinegar. Experience an evening of homemade natural Italian food with a twist.
